This beautiful, loft-style apartment is in a unique location right on the water, just a stone’s throw from the nearest sandy beach, Platja de es Port in Colonia Sant Pere.
All the necessary facilities such as restaurants, shops and beaches are within walking distance, so a rental car is not necessarily required for a stay in this accommodation. The fine sandy beach of Es Trenc with its turquoise waters is only approx. 6.3 km away and the shuttle for day trips to the nature reserve of the island of Cabrera is also very close to this unique vacation apartment.

This apartment offers space for 8 people with four bedrooms, an open-plan living/dining area and an open kitchen with cooking island. The apartment is furnished in a loft style with bright, friendly and modern furniture throughout. This fantastic apartment does not have its own pool but who needs one when the largest pool in the world is right next to your doorstep….

There are four bedrooms:
2 twin bedrooms (beds each approx. 90 x 190) with shower/WC en suite
2 double bedrooms (beds 200 x 200 each) with bath/WC en suite
