On the ground floor there is an impressive living area with flat screen TV for relaxed viewing of international TV channels and movies as well as a large kitchen with two dining tables with enough chairs for the whole group to sit together. The fully fitted kitchen features quality built-in floor and wall cupboards and extensive work surfaces. All common areas are very spacious and allow quality family time together. The sleeping arrangement is very comfortable with three en-suite bedrooms with far-reaching views taking up the whole first floor and three further double bedrooms on the second floor. All rooms are air-conditioned with floor to ceiling glass doors for ease of access to the surrounding balcony. Each bedroom has its own small table and two chairs on the balcony in front where you can enjoy soaking up the sun and sipping your first morning coffee. Despite the beautifully designed and welcoming interior, the majority of your time will surely be spent outside. The exterior of the villa is wonderful with several lounging areas around the private swimming pool and and a patio with outdoor dining area offering magnificent views even in the night, with stars above and discrete lights in the village. The property is situated in the village of Sevid, quiet fishermen’s village between Split and Šibenik. With enough space and privacy this is the perfect choice for a family escape somewhere where you can enjoy your time together admiring all the shades of blue offered by this Mediterranean hideaway.
