Certification as a Captain’s Villa®

Are you the owner of an attractive vacation property or an appealing accommodation business and would like to set yourself apart from the many other vacation properties and attract guests?

We first certify suitable vacation accommodations in the upscale segment with at least four stars or properties that are charming in other ways and thus outstanding.

However, all of them have a location on or near the water – by the sea, lake or river, or within walking distance of it. Vacation properties with outstanding views of the water may possibly be considered at greater distances. We are happy to consider these cases.

After many years of working both in the international upscale hotel industry, in the luxury cruise sector as well as in vacation home brokerage and real estate, we now bring this experience to Captain’s Villa in a concentrated form.

The certified properties are allowed to carry the name “Captain’s Villa” in front of their proper name and are thus given special prominence. You are allowed to use the brand on your own website as well as on the common mediation and travel portals on the internet and with us.

We will be happy to broker your appealing property or properties to interested inquirers, but you can also do everything yourself and only use the brand. The decision is yours.

We place just as much value on individuality as we do on specialness and uniqueness. Properties that are consistently not rated well by guests leave the portfolio again. However, we do not leave you alone and are happy to offer our services so that your vacation property can be in the selection. The official permission for renting – if this is necessary – we assume of course.
